COVID19 Rental Procedure.

Firstly, can we ask that if you have come into contact with anyone showing symptoms of COVID19 that you do not put our staff at risk by continuing to attempt to hire.

At this time when the news is dominated by Coronavirus, we wanted to let you know that we are vigilantly implementing enhanced protocols to help ensure your safety, as well as flexibility of your rental bookings.

All customers are required to wear a face mask or covering by law when entering our premises. This is essential and we cannot allow access without a mask/covering.

If you are collecting or returning a vehicle, one of our staff will meet you outside to conduct a damage control check with you.

For our all vehicles we are reinforcing a vigorous cleaning process which includes priority areas like door handles, dashboard, seats, steering wheel etc...

We’ve added more alcohol-based hand sanitizers and asking employees to take important hygiene steps, including frequent handwashing and staying home if unwell.
